We recently experienced a brief service disruption affecting our Account Section.  This was due to a planned update that inadvertently caused a conflict within our system. The issue was promptly identified and resolved, restoring full functionality.

To prevent similar incidents in the future, we are implementing additional measures to enhance the reliability of our services.

We appreciate your patience and understanding whilst we worked to resolve this, and thank you for your continued support.

Please be advised that we experienced a service disruption that may have resulted in customers receiving system errors against the Loqate services listed below.

The incident duration was between 11:22 BST – 11:44 BST 09/07/2025

Service has since been restored and GBG Support teams are working to confirm the root cause and preventative actions. GBG would like to apologise for any impact caused whilst we worked to resolve this.
