Multi-Brand The Multi-Brand feature enables organisations to create and manage multiple branded experiences within a single platform environment. This resolves the requirement for multi-brand enterprises to maintain separate platform instances for each brand operating under a shared compliance workflow. NOTE: This is off by default. Key Benefits: Reduced Administrative Overhead - Eliminates the need to configure and maintain separate platform instances across different trading brands. Centralised Portfolio Visibility - Provides compliance teams with access to the entire portfolio of profiles across all brands within a single view. Standardised Compliance Processes - Ensures identical workflow rules and verification logic are applied consistently across every brand without accidental omissions.

Account Switcher The Account Switcher enables users to access multiple platform instances using a single set of login credentials. This resolves access management friction for organisations that require strict data segregation, dedicated compliance teams, or distinct workflows across different trading entities.
Key Benefits Simplified Credential Management - Reduces administrative overhead and security risks associated with managing multiple sets of user credentials across distinct instances. Seamless SSO Integration across Environments - Enables enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO) users to access multiple segregated instances through one primary identity provider account.
Key Features Multi-Instance Access via Single Credentials - Support for accessing distinct, segregated platform environments without requiring distinct username and password combinations. Account selection - A dropdown selection menu presented upon initial login displaying all platform instances associated with the user.
Improvements Asia Verify Integration - improved data mapping User Management MFA Reset - Added the capability to reset Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for users directly within Case Management. Microsoft / Azure SSO Authentication - Improved user sign-in and session handling via Microsoft / Azure Single Sign-On. Document Auto-Checks - Automated document checks now trigger immediately upon submission through the Onboarding Portal. Document Page Navigation - Updated tab ordering on the Document page within Case Management. Manual Document Upload - Enabled internal users to manually upload documents directly within Case Management.
