The GBG IDscan team will be utilising this maintenance window to migrate the AU Production IDscan Enterprise customers to a new managed service database. Important note – customer journeys that are completed on the new database can be searched for as usual within the Investigation Studio of IDscan’s portal.
Journeys that were completed on the previous database, prior to this maintenance event, will have to be searched for using a temporary method using Investigation Studio – instructions on this can be obtained from your Customer Success Manager.
Please be aware that we do not anticipate any downtime of the IDscan service during this window for customers that have a data retention period of 31 days or less.
If you are a customer that subscribed to more than 31 days' retention period then your Customer Success Manager will contact you directly with further information.
