Notification of ID3global SSL Certificate Renewal

(No downtime on the ID3global platform will be caused by this maintenance)

Nature of Work Renewal of ID3global SSL certificate
Date of Change 3rd of October 2022 12:00 PM BST

As part of GBG’s ongoing security maintenance, we are shortly going to replace the ID3global certificate on the platform with its renewal. The current certificate is due to expire on 6th of October 2022.

Portal Users (accessing ID3global via an Internet Browser)
The change should not affect your ability to access the platform as it is a direct replacement of the existing certificate that has been replaced in this way several times before and is seamless to internet browsers.

Integrated Clients (connecting directly to ID3global from your systems)
Any changes to certificates are normally automatically picked up. However, we are aware that some client integrations require the certificates to be applied within the certificate library of their systems and have therefore attached the ID3global and Intermediary certificate to assist with this.

Should you require (additionally) obtaining the original Root or Intermediate certificates direct from the issuing authority - these can be obtained here:
