New Feature: In Platform Emails When enabled the system allows for emails to be customised when sent following specific actions.
Key Features: • Editable email modal -Users can review and modify email content on a case-by-case basis. • Action-based email triggers - Emails are automatically generated when specific actions occur within the system. Adding someone to the Portal and requesting information on a Profile. • Email logging - All sent communications are recorded for audit purposes.
Key Benefits: • Greater control over customer communication while keeping system actions unchanged. • Reduced need for follow-up emails by allowing context-specific messaging at the point of action. • Improved auditability and transparency of customer communications.
Improvements: • Data Visualisation - Group structure for Profiles using D&B will now be showing as a network diagram. A graphical representation will help data interpretation.
