Notification of ID3 Maintenance - Print to PDF Changes

Following the recent ID3global Maintenance - Print to PDF Changes, customers will have noticed changes to the print PDF function.

When customers now click on the "Print to PDF" button on the results page a new window will open.

From here customer will need to press the "Ctrl" and "P" at the same time (If using a Mac with Safari, Command-P). Or right-click with the mouse on the page and select the print option.

We apologies for any confusion or inconvenience this may cause are we are working to make this process clearer (at this time we do not have an ETA).

This notification is to inform you of a change on the ID3 platform.

We’ll be making changes to Print PDF functionality in the upcoming release.

What changes?
Rather than automatically downloaded the page, print preview popup will appear when 'Print PDF' button is clicked. To save to PDF, users will need to manually click on save PDF. This will impact all pages with 'Print PDF' and 'Print HTML' CTA button.

The ETA for this change is 6th February which can change. Will update again if the date moves.
