GBG Support teams identified a server issue which impacted on Loqate Capture Requests resulting in degraded performance during this time. The issue was resolved and work is ongoing to prevent future issues. GBG would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time

The incident duration was between 22:06 BST 29/06/2022 – 07:45 BST 30/06/2022
