We would like to inform you of a recent service issue that affected some Loqate customers using Bank Validation, Email Validation, and Geocoding services.
Between 10:21 and 11:15 BST on the 15th July 2025, some customers may have experienced account errors stating that the “Web service [was] not available on your plan.” These errors were the result of a change that unintentionally caused a conflict at the database level. This led to certain API requests being incorrectly rejected during that time, generating multiple emails communicating this issue.
We are pleased to confirm that the issue has now been resolved. Our teams have taken internal actions to address the root cause and are progressing multiple measures to help prevent a recurrence.
