We are aware of an issue affecting transaction processing with one of our third-party data providers (between 14:56 GMT and 15:14 GMT on July 14, 2026. During this time, some authentication and verification transactions may have experienced failures or delays.
Our teams identified the cause as a connectivity issue related to the provider's DNS resolution. A mitigation has been implemented on our side, which has restored service stability and minimized further impact. The data provider has been notified and is actively investigating the underlying issue.
At this time, services are operating normally; however, we are continuing to closely monitor the situation and will maintain the mitigation until the provider confirms full resolution. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
