This notification is to inform you of planned maintenance work being carried out by our supplier.

Please be advised that GBG support teams will be migrating the Loqate endpoint to new firewall devices in order to improve the stability and reliability of the service. All Loqate services are expected to continue to function as normal during this maintenance and no action is required by customers but please contact the GBG Helpdesk if you do encounter any issues following the maintenance.
