Please be aware that that our previous communication to you titled 'Notification of Planned Maintenance - IDscan SSL Certificate Update - Exact date TBC' has now changed.
Originally we advised that the GBG IDscan’s *idscan.cloud URL will change SSL Certification provider on 6th Feb 2022 at 12:25 PM (GMT). This date has now been rescheduled for the 21st of January 2023 and a new notification will be sent closer to the time.

Please be aware that GBG IDscan’s *idscan.cloud URL will change SSL Certification provider on 6th Feb 2022 at 12:25 PM (GMT).
The exact date and time of the Certification swap will be shared with you once confirmed.
This will impact customers that employ the SSL Certification Pinning security mechanism when using IDscan services.
If you are a GBG IDscan customer that employs this mechanism, please contact the GBG Helpdesk, at least 7 days prior to the 6th Feb 2022, in order to raise a help ticket to assist with this change.
