Due to a malfunction in the Storage Area Network (SAN) in the GERMANY DATA SUPPLIER data center, an outage occurred to the GERMANY DATA SUPPLIER credit inquiry system on 24.09.2023.
As a result, GERMANY DATA SUPPLIER services were unavailable through all access channels between 2:36 p.m. and 8:13 p.m GMT.
Once the defective hardware was successfully isolated, extensive recovery efforts were required to restart the applications.
From the problem management, preventive measures will be determined and promptly implemented in order to avoid this disruption in the future. The redundancy set up is also checked.
