GBG were performing some updates, via Change Control, to our front end load balancing infrastructure that inadvertently caused issues for a small number of legacy services, upon discovery this was rolled back following the back-out plan.

The incident duration was between 04/09/2025 14:52 - 04/09/2025 16:47 BST
