The change reversion has now been completed, and the issue affecting province/state name values within Capture v4 Retrieve responses has been fully resolved.

Investigating

Capture V4 - Province data display
We are currently investigating an issue affecting province/state name values for the following countries within Capture v4 Retrieve responses: Australia, Canada, Switzerland, Italy, New Zealand
Some customers may see unexpected or incorrect province values returned as part of their results.
Our teams have identified a recent change as the likely trigger, and a change reversion is now underway to restore the expected behaviour. We are treating this as a priority and will provide a further update once the reversion is complete.
