As communicated separately, GBG is in the final stages of migrating our ID3global service to Azure. Up to this point this has been seamless for all customers, however the final step will require a small interruption to service.

We are therefore putting in place a maintenance period which will commence as per the start times below. During that period we anticipate that your service will be interrupted for up to one hour maximum in the first hour. We have put in place a 4 hour maintenance window to cover for the migration and any back out activities, should that be required. We will maintain updates to this notification on our Statuspage as we proceed through the maintenance.
