GBG Support Teams identified an issue with Capture services via the Loqate SaaS Platform, causing some customers to receive errors. Other Loqate services (including primary Capture V3 and V4) were not affected. Service has now been restored and root cause investigations are ongoing.
The incident duration was between 10:36-10:55 GMT on 09/11/2023.
