Please be advised that we experienced a service disruption that may have prevented you from accessing or processing transactions.

Dear Customer,

This outage was caused by an unforeseen error during a planned maintenance activity. Early investigations show that issue was situated within our Web Application Firewall (WAF) provided by a third party of GBG. We are currently in conversation with this third party provider to investigate the issue and prevent reoccurrences. A Post Incident Review will follow this investigation and a root cause analysis will also be produced and shared.


The incident duration was between 09.30 – 09.40 GMT DATE: 17/02/25
