Please be advised that we experienced a service disruption that may have resulted in customers receiving system errors against the Loqate service listed below.
The incident duration was between 20:55 GMT on 09/02/2024 and 06:41 GMT on 10/02/2024.
Service has since been restored and GBG Support teams are working to confirm the root cause and preventative actions. GBG would like to apologise for any impact caused whilst we worked to resolve this.
