ID3global will be unavailable during the times below due to rescheduling earlier deferred maintenance. We are implementing improvements as part of our ongoing technical modernisation roadmap. These changes will allow us to better automate processes, accelerate recovery and allow improved performance tuning to meet our customer’s needs.

While most of this has been completed without any customer impact, we now must action the elements where the final implementation will take place. We regret that this means that our customers will be unable to process any transactions during the impact period outlined.

During the timings stated below any transactions submitted to ID3global will be rejected.

Customers of ID3global will not see any change to functionality after this has been implemented as this is an underlying change to how ID3global delivers its capabilities, not a change in what ID3global does.
