Please be advised that we experienced some service disruption that may have resulted in customers receiving system errors against the Loqate services listed below.

The incident durations were between 07:42 – 07:48 BST 06/04/2024 and 05:44 – 05:48 BST 08/04/2024

Service has since been restored. Investigations by GBG have shown that this issue was caused by the supplier. We will continue to engage with them regarding service improvement.
