We recently experienced an issue affecting our Capture V4 service in the US region. Customers may have encountered mismatched results, where the address shown via Find did not match the retrieved addresses. This was due to unexpected sync issues following a planned change deployment. This also briefly impacted availability and caused some errors.

Our support teams have implemented a fix, and results quickly returned to normal.

We have identified multiple actions to prevent this from happening again.

You may have experienced some issues with mismatched results whilst using our Capture v4 service today.

The incident duration was between 14:45 BST – 14:58 BST 04/06/2025

Our teams have implemented a fix, and service is now performing as expected once more.
