This resulted in some clients being unable to access our platform due to DNS resolution failures. Timeline • 14:52:50 UTC: DNS nameserver change initiated. • 15:46:37 UTC: Rollback applied by restoring original DNS nameservers. • Propagation Delay: Both the initial change and rollback required time to propagate globally, causing intermittent connectivity issues for clients.
Impact • Some clients experienced service disruption and were unable to reach the platform during DNS propagation. • The issue was limited to domain resolution. • The issue was limited to clients on US region and did not impact ANZ and EU clients
