The greenID technology team advises that TEST environments for greenID mobile v2 & greenID Web + Biometrics products are unexpectedly impacted.
Customer impact: Customers will not be able to use the products in the Test environment. Journeys using both greenID Mobile and greenID Web + Biometrics cannot be completed at this time. The PRODUCTION environment is NOT impacted.
Next update: The next update will be provided when new information becomes available.
