Unless otherwise stated, the below points relate to both 213 & 215 Sweden item checks.
Summary We are in the process of re-engineering our Sweden item checks 213, 214 and 215. The underlying data (data source) is not changing but the way we search, match and return results will be changed.
The pilot site (pilot.id3global.com) will be updated with the changes first. This should be used to review and ensure you are comfortable with any changes required when the changes are made live.
Actions Required It is recommended that your scoring & profile is reviewed to ensure any changes in the response (result) codes still reflect your risk appetite. For customers using the “215 Sweden Personal ID” check, there are reduced mandatory fields and a removal of some of the partial result matches.
For customers using the “213 Sweden Population” check, there are changes to the mandatory fields, removal of some partial result matches and the addition of combined result codes (i.e. responses that state multiple fields have achieved a match e.g. “[3511] Forename, Surname and DOB matched”). The changes in matching mean that it is possible to achieve a Name and DOB match without an Address (as shown in the previous example [3511]), it is therefore important to ensure the scoring you have reflects this new scenario (and the previous assumption of Name is always matched with an Address is reviewed).
For customer using the “214 Sweden Population (DOB)” check, this check will be deprecated. This check is no longer needed, because the “213 Sweden Population” check can now achieve a Name and DOB match and the search logic previously used by the 214 check is no longer controlled.
Removal of Item Check • The 0214 check “Sweden Population (DOB)” will be deprecated • The 0214 check is no longer required because a search based on Name & DOB priority is no longer possible

These item checks are hitting a single source of data. The only different is the ability to search and use the Personal ID on the 0215 item check. It is therefore recommended that customers review how they are using the Sweden item checks and ensure no double counting of the same data source is being reflected in the scoring.
