GBG Support teams identified an issue affecting the Phone Validation overnight which caused a brief outage. Some other Loqate services may have experienced brief periods of degradation. Action was taken to restore service and a full root cause investigation is currently underway. GBG would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we worked to resolve this.
The incident duration was between 01.34 – 03.42 BST 04/08/2022
