Dear Customer,
Please be aware that the IDscan systems are currently encountering an issue with the NFC service. This is causing severe impact to our customers which must rectified immediately.
The Support Teams have been working tirelessly which has resulted in identifying a fix which we wish to deploy today. We have successfully tested the fix on our QA environment that impacted the service for less than 5 minutes, we envisage the same impact to take place within the Production environment.
We will begin the required activities at 12:00pm BST for a duration of 2 hours.
