Please see details of the Release Version 8.9.8 scheduled for Wednesday 1st April New Feature Supplemental Forms Functionality for analysts to create one-time, company-specific forms for targeted information gathering. Key Features • Ad-Hoc Form Creation - Analysts can generate unique forms without impacting the shared form library. • Profile Specific Availability - Supplemental forms are restricted to the specific profile for which they were created and do not appear in the global form library. • Integrated Onboarding Portal View - Assigned forms appear within the existing forms module in the Onboarding Portal for the end user. Key Benefits • Enables fast, targeted clarification without creating reusable forms. • Keeps all clarification requests within the existing onboarding and audit workflow. • Reduces review delays by allowing analysts to request exactly the information needed direct from the onboarding entity. Improvements • Ad-hoc Email - Users can now send emails to individuals associated with a profile directly from the Profile. • ID3 Verification - Portugal is now available as a supported country for ID3 configuration. • Individual Profile View - Pages that are irrelevant for Individual Profiles have been removed. • Internal Forms: The display view has been updated for saved internal forms. • Custom Fields: Multi-select options are now editable, and the maximum limit for multi-select options has increased to 50. • Enformion Integration: Search results now include company number and address. • External APIs: New endpoints are available for resetting the verify flow, retrieving custom fields, and accessing audit logs.
