GBG Support Teams received reports for a partial impact to the ID3 UI Usage service, affecting approximately 25% of UI Usage requests. ID3Gloabl platform and all core item checks unaffected. Service has been restored.
The incident duration was between 11:17-12:21 BST on 13/07/2024.
