GBG Support teams identified a latency issue affecting Capture Interactive Find/Retrieve requests during this time. An issue was found with one of the database servers which was removed to restore service.
The incident duration was between 11:47 – 11:55 & 12:09 - 12:29 BS DATE 12/05/22
