On Sunday 12th December 2021, between 01:00 GMT and 02:30 GMT, GBG will be performing maintenance to ID3global’s Database to deliver capabilities to support future platform expansion.

GBG seeks to complete maintenance without any significant impact but we must apologise that this maintenance window will contain a single period of up to 30 minutes when no transactions will be processed. During that period our customers will see or receive ‘access denied’ responses to any requests as we will be blocking incoming transactions.

We apologise for this impact and have worked to ensure this is the smallest impact to our customers.
