Please be advised that GBG support teams identified some brief increased latency and errors across Loqate services during this period. Service self-restored shortly afterwards and investigation is ongoing to confirm the root cause and any actions needed.

The incident duration was between 20:05 – 20:08 BST/GMT 26/11/2021
